According to Coach Brothers, Junior midfielder Jack Warren has “been the key to the boys lacrosse team’s success ever since his freshman year.” Jack has been a crucial player on the team all his years at Bernards, and coach expects a lot out of his team out of the upcoming season.
His favorite memory from his previous seasons at Bernards is going to Florida for Spring training and “watching Coach Brothers’ favorite movie Braveheart with the boys before sectionals.”
After experiencing a hard overtime loss against Madison last year in the South Jersey, Group 1 finals, Jack is really looking forward to hopefully get the opportunity to reclaim the title. He believes that they definitely have a chance against them this year.
He finds that the lacrosse team’s ‘guys nights’ are the key to such a successful season. According to Jack, Chatham is going to be one of their toughest competitions this year and the game he is most looking forward to, after Madison, would be New Providence.
Jack is verbally committed to Lafayette College to further continue his career in boys lacrosse after two more years playing under Coach Brothers.
