- Who or what motivates you every day to be at your best on and off the field?
Coach LaSpada is a big motivator, he shows up everyday with enthusiasm and passion pushing us all to be at our best. What motivates me is definitely winning another state championship
- You’ve been a consistent presence on the boys varsity soccer team since your freshman year. What do you think that says about your mentality and your work ethic?
Playing from freshman year until now on varsity I’ve learned a lot about what it takes to win, and that it takes a lot of extra hours at the field to get to where you want to be.
- Is there an achievement you hold above all others during your high school career?
I’d say the achievement I’m most proud of in my high school career is winning the state championship in 2019.
- Coach Laspada has been your coach since day one of high school, how much has he affected you as a person and a player?
Coach Laspada has taught me to always put 100% into everything I do, he taught me every drill, every practice is important if you want to win a state championship. Both Coach Laspada and Coach Thurlow go above and beyond in preparation, and that if you put in the work the results will come.
- On the field, what do you want to be remembered for?
On the field I would want to be remembered for giving 100% and helping the team to win state championships.
- What does it mean to you to be a captain of the team?
To be the captain of the team although to be honest is not very important to me, gives me the opportunity to help lead this team in the search of our third straight state title.
- What do you think the future holds for you?
Not sure, I’m hoping to play soccer in college, but for now my main focus is achieving as much as we can in this High School season.
